Delrose Brown is the Vice President of Product Delivery (Strategic Programs) at Mastercard Canada. Delrose has over 25 years of training delivery, program/project management and leadership experience in Banking and Payment Technologies. Her leadership at Bank of Montreal and Moneris Solutions has been instrumental in delivering high value training to employees and merchants across Canada and program managing a number of key strategic objectives, including the deal structuring and creation of Moneris Solutions.

Her leadership continues at Mastercard Canada where she has specific responsibility for delivering strategic programs and projects for Mobile Payment Solutions, New Technologies and Product Development/ Management Initiatives; ensuring coordinated activity across business units, customers and business partners; both locally and globally. With the breadth and executional excellence demonstrated with the initiatives she has managed, Delrose is recognized as practicing expert of the Project Management Disciplines and has received awards for her successes.

Delrose also represents Canada on Mastercard’s Global Women’s Leadership Network. Delrose is a lifelong learner with a ITIL Foundation Certification from Loyalist College and a number of certifications in Program & Project Management.
