Alrick A. Grange is a Management Consultant with more than 14 years’ experience, possessing a diverse background in Customer and Citizen centered multi-channel service transformation. Alrick has been responsible for people, process and technology enabling consultation, providing business improvement services in both the Private and Public sectors. Alrick is known for designing and building Human Capital system processes that ultimately improve the execution of business strategies.

Alrick is educated in Business and Public Administration from Humber College and Ryerson University. He possesses certifications in Global Contact Centre Management and Prosci Change Management. He is husband to Karen Grange, father to Sidone, and Alrick II.

Alrick is also the Minister of Music and Youth (iEmerge) at Kingdom Life Ministries, Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, of the Canada District Council.
