Dr. Moriba Baker is an accomplished academic leader, social policy scholar, and advocate for youth development. He currently serves as an Associate Dean in the Faculty of Media, Creative Arts and Design at Humber Polytechnic, where he leads with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to student and faculty success. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Baker has been a steadfast role model for youth, families, and professionals alike. His leadership journey is grounded in resilience, overcoming barriers, challenging systems, and always choosing purpose over popularity. Dr. Baker has a Doctorate in Social Policy and believes that media, education, and leadership are powerful tools for shaping communities and creating real policy change. He mentors emerging leaders and helps youth understand how their choices today build the legacy of tomorrow. His ability to connect with students and professionals makes him a compelling voice on what it means to lead with integrity and make wise, impactful decisions.
