Meet Our Speakers

Lennox Brown

Born to Mr. And Mrs Lennox Brown in Spanish Town, Jamaica, Lennox Brown jr is the middle child to two sisters and two brothers.

Lennox attended the St Catherine Primary School, the Jonathan Grant High School and the Jose Marti Technical High School where his drive and determination to succeed was ultimately shaped.

Lennox upon completion of his secondary education decided to pursue a career in Law Enforcement. He ultimately became a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force where he served for eleven years, and is currently a police officer in Canada with the Ontario Provincial Police. 

Lennox’s educational 

background includes; Diploma in Police Foundations, Diploma in Leadership and Ministry from the Jamaica Thological Seminary, Graduate Diploma In CyberSecurity from Trios College and a Masters Degree in Theological Studies from the University of Toronto.

In November 2013 Lennox married Sanishi and their union was blessed with two beautiful, active children Savaunnie and Lennox Brown III.

Matthew Barker

Matthew is a 2025 graduate of the JD/MBA program at the University of Ottawa where he sought to develop a nuanced understanding of business law.

At law school, Matthew completed a research paper on the history of Caribbean tax havens and undertook two student-proposed internships focusing on public policy and tax law.

At business school, Matthew completed an academic exchange at the KEDGE School of Business and worked as a Graduate Student Corrector in four undergraduate business classes.

Before law and business school, Matthew earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with High Distinction and was a member of the Vic One Program at Victoria College.

Christopher Matthews

Christopher Matthews is a senior financial services and transformation senior leader with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise strategy, digital innovation, and operational excellence across global banking organizations. He has led large-scale multi-million transformation portfolios, delivering measurable impact through data, AI, and technology-enabled operating models.
 
Most recently, Christopher served as Director and Head of Data Products & Insights Lead within the Chief Executive Auditor Group at Royal Bank of Canada, where he led a global data and analytics strategy spanning multiple regions and lines of business. His work has consistently delivered tangible results, including double-digit improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and risk coverage through scalable data products and intelligent automation.
 
Christopher is also the Founder of BetaBox Technology Inc., an advisory firm focused on AI & innovation readiness and operational effectiveness. Through BetaBox, he partners with organizations to design and implement practical, ROI-driven strategies that embed AI, into business workflows, strengthen data governance, and modernize operating models.
 
He holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, where he specialized in global strategy and completed a capstone focused on international market entry and acquisition strategy. He also holds certificate in Generative and Agentic AI for Business from Rotman School of Management,  Big Data Analytics from York University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
 
Christopher is a recognized thought leader in AI-enabled transformation, data strategy, and operation effectiveness & enterprise execution, known for bridging the gap between vision and delivery. He brings a pragmatic, results-oriented perspective to helping organizations navigate complexity and unlock sustainable growth.
