Acting Inspector Wallace is a dedicated Toronto Police Service officer with 25 years of policing experience having worked in several areas of the Service. He is known for his commitment to building strong community relationships to enhance trust between police and communities in which he serves.

He is currently second in command at the 31 Division and the lead for the Neighbourhood Community Officer Program (NCO). His approachable demeanour and genuine care for the community have earned him respect and admiration from the public.
