OUR 2026 PANEL DISCUSSION
TAKE YOUR SEAT. SHAPE THE FUTURE.
Some of the biggest decisions affecting our communities happen in rooms most young people have never entered.
So who gets a seat at the table? And what do you do once you’re there?
When you attend the conference, you will join this powerful conversation about leadership, governance, representation and having a voice in the rooms where decisions are made.
You Don't Need Your Whole Future Figured Out.
At 16, 18, 21, 25 or even 30 you may still be figuring out what comes next. And that’s okay.
Sometimes clarity comes from meeting the right person. Hearing a different story. Discovering a career you hadn’t considered. Or asking one question that changes how you think.
Come curious.
You will leave seeing possibilities you hadn’t seen before.
Parents: Give Them More Than Advice.
Give Them Exposure.
You want your child to make good decisions about their future. But it’s difficult to choose between possibilities you’ve never seen.
Excellence Conference gives young people an opportunity to meet professionals, explore careers, hear different journeys and ask questions in an environment designed to expand what they believe is possible.
You don’t have to have all the answers for them.
Sometimes you simply need to put them in the right room.
The World Is Full of Possibilities and Opportunities, Come and See It
Discover and explore routes that can help turn your interests and ambitions into practical next steps.
